NPS has a modern setup consisting of fully networked 70 work stations for medical transcriptionists capable of handling about 200 MTs in three shifts who are able to deliver up to approximately 60,000 lines per day. Also set in place is a separate editors and proofers table in close proximity to the MTs. All workstations are loaded with requisite reference medical transcription softwares. A fully equipped medical library has been created for reference.

At NPS, we have radiofrequency connectivity through a committed broadband of 320 Kbps in order to be uplinked all the 24 hours without any break in communication. We also have a standby ISDN as well as dial-up connection for any unforeseen interruptions.
