QA Team, Editors & Proofers
In order to maintain near 100% accuracy standards, NPS has 24 x 7 around the clock working, highly experienced QA team overseeing the job of editors and proofers who are in proportionate number to the MTs. Upon completion of transcription work by the MTs, all transcribed reports are thoroughly proofed and edited at two levels before being certified by the QA team for uploading to the client end.

Account Specialists
Account specialists specialize in specific accounts and oversee groups of MTs working on those specific accounts. Because of their understanding of physician dictation styles, they are able to lend a "listening ear" to answer dictation questions.

Medical Transcriptionists
New Planet Solutions has 110 well-qualified college graduates as medical transcriptionists. All the MTs have undergone the training program comprising of beginning and advanced modules based on the guidelines of the leading American medical transcription training program, The SUM Program by Health Professions Institute, Modesto, California. An arrangement is set in place to increase the productivity and quality of MTs through specific accounts distribution by creating a special MT/Physician relationship. Feedback from the client is distributed to MTs in a continuous effort to improve quality standards, keeping in accordance with the guidelines as laid down by the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT) and client requirements.

Audits
In an effort to maintain high productivity and quality standards all the MTs, proofreaders, editors, and the QA team are under constant audit on a bi-monthly basis by random sample checks. To reach this end, all are assessed through the Quality Analysis Worksheet and Scoring System for Internal Audit as outlined by the AAMT. By including everyone involved in the transcribing and subsequent editing process under this internal auditing system, we have been able to maintain consistently high quality ratings in our reports.
